Outlook Calendar... start/end time displays?

Hi, I'm trying to make up monthly calendars for a retail store with the times that employees work displayed as appointments.  I can only get the start times that they work displayed but not the end times of their shifts.  For example, June 24th lists only this:

10:00 am Kate
12:00 pm Nick
3:00 pm Beth

I want it to list it as
10:00am - 2:00 pm Kate
(etc)

Any advice?

Which view is this?  Day vew?  Printout?  Web view?  Are you using an Exchange server?
