    Systems Tray

    Can anyone tell why some programes that I have ticked in the System Configuration Utility startup are not showing the System tray. Would this mean they are not runing? Operating system- Window XP Professional with all the latest up dates.

    Not all show up because not all of them are useable apps that need to. Some are just parts others just... don't show up. Take McAfee for example. Like 6 or 7 startup items yet only one shows up on the system tray. Get it?

    If you're concerned about some of them and are wondering what they are you can check Process Library or post them here.
