You may need another tool than Adobe Acrobrat Reader. I believe that is for reading only.

I suggest you browse through http://www.adobe.com and look for advice there

    Adobe Reader should read and print.
    Have you got Adobe Reader installed - this is the program you need to view and print pdf extension files. It is available free here

    If you have the viewer installed I know from experience they do not like viewing/printing whilst the file is still attatched to the email and are best saved to the Hard Drive to view/print
