cannot send photo attachments thru email.

all of a sudden i can no longer send photo attachments to anyone whichever email account i try to use. i have windows xp and need to be able to send photos but recipients are saying they arrive only half downloaded or distorted. i have done registry clean up and system restore but to no avail can anyone please help.

Are all recipients getting the same results?  Send one to yourself.  Did it come through OK?   Reduce one or two photos to smaller size(s) and send them to yourself.  Any difference?
