Epson Printer Cartridge Chip Re-Setter

Hi everyone. I have Epson Stylus C43SX. I came to know that it is possible to refill the cartidge although it is non-refillable. Refilling is performed in two steps:
1) Refill the Ink using siring.
2) Reset the chip

I am not able to find Chip resetter hardware. So I just want to know that is there any software chip resetter. Without resetting, printer does not accept the cartidge.
Please tell me if there is another method to refill ink.
