Can anyone PLEASE reply direct to me & try to help me., I have installed the proper drivers, its windows XP., and a cannon BJC 4400

THE GREEN LIGHT on the front of the machine blinks continusly & I cannot print? Can any of you assist me?

what error messages ...paper jammed...what software is used to print...is this a new printer..is the ink carts new/old...is it usb/serial connected....more info the better...
