Hello, any good starting points for troubleshooting what may be wrong? I have an HP desktop that my daughter was in the middle of using (searching the web), when it just powered off. everything else, the monitor, printer, ect. stayed on and now it will not turn on at all, no fan starting, no blinking, no noise, nothing.
