What is ultra ATA? is that the same thing as IDE?

is this drive below IDE?

The terms are used interchangeably, although it's not technically correct to do so.
There are basically two standards P-ATA (IDE)and S-ATA and different transfer rates for both.
The two basic standards do not interchange, but the standards are backward compatible within their respective "family"
