Problem installing CMOS battery

hey, i do have a problem installing/repjavascript:replaceText(' :-X', document.forms.postmodify.message);
Lips Sealedlacing CMOS battery..
this is what my mobo battery slot:



..where i should position the batery?
i also turned the battery arround but all position doesnt seem to work!

im using CR2032, 3V Maxell

please help...

What a confusing post.  ::)

The battery goes in the circular receptacle under the clip. Make sure the correct side is facing up. Did you look at the previous battery's + - orientation?

    Are you telling us that it didnt matter which way you installed the battery, it didn't work ?

    I had a similar problem.
    You should be able to read the battery specs when it is in correct.
    You may have disturbed your mobo and one of your cards is not contacting properly.
    On my system I removed the graphics board and cleaned the contacts with a rubber eraser and refitted into its slot.
    My system rebooted and is fine now

    graphics board? video card? where i could locate graphics board?

    where does the graphics board located? images of this device is accpeted! im using VIA Apollo Pro Chipset
