Processor Speed

In August I got a Dell Inspiron 5150. It has a Intel Pentium 4 3.06GHz
processor. When I right click on My Computer and click properites it shows
the computer info. After it lists the processor specs it says 1.59 GHz. I'm
wondering if that is what the lap top is running at. It feels like it's running
at 1.59 GHz. How do I make it run at 3.06?

I uggest you contact Dell technical support if it is still under warranty.
