Hi,
Last week i downloaded new music and copied it into iTunes and ever since then the sound on my laptop has been distorted and skips. This happens in iTunes, Windows Media Player, on the net and with computer sounds such as log on. So pretty much all sound, be it music or SFX.
The weird thing is when i log onto my brothers account on the same laptop the sound works perfectly.
I've rebooted, i've tried system recovery twice, i've checked for hardware conflicts and am now at a loss.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
