Missing Driver for Intel Firmware Hub

Performed clean boot install on Win98 - not working properly  and each time it starts up, windows detects new hardware but cannot locate the software for it - Intel Firmware Hub  - Help??  I don't even know what this device is!

download  it>http://www.usb-drivers.com/drivers/40/40735.htm   you may have an usb device attached to your pc? does this make sense...why would windows be asking for it...
