Removing Trailer Fiolder Entries at Startup
« on: May 17, 2007, 07:27:52 AM »
Hi All -

Can anyone tell me why on earth when I start my PC running Windows XP, I get an error message and the computer must run a scan as follows without the exclamation marks.

"Removing Trailer Folder Entries From \_824343_"

It's very annoying :-\

All help would be greatly appreciated :)

All the best - Elliot

With this little amount of info it would be guesswork at best....sounds like a software issue to me....possibly to do with movie downloads.....again as i said. All guesswork.

Chkdisk message; you are getting file system errors. Possible failing or faulty HDD or motherboard chipset.

What motherboard? What CPU?
