Forgot admin password ,1 user have the admin rights

Hi ,
          i forgot the aminstrator Password , but one of the user have the administrator rights, now i need the  administrator password.  i try to reset the password but its giving a Warning mesege" u will lose ur data" ... is there any option to set the administrator password

Welcome to CH!

Try this:

Go to Control Panel (catagory mode)
Click User Accounts
Click User Accounts again
Now highlight the account and there should be an option to change the password.
