My computer did not turn on and I will hear a beep

My computer did not turn on and I will hear a beep. Before, the computer was operational but when I installed the audio driver and restart it, I will only hear a long beep. What is the problem of this computer?It is hardware or software?

What Operating System is it?
Does anything appear on the screen?
Explain the beep, is it a long beep, long pause, long beep?
