hide folders and files - win 98

  I want to hide my folders and files using password technology for windows 98

auto internet cleanup tools

   I am using ccleanup(freeware) s/w to cleanup unwanted things.Is it possible to get auto internet cleanup tools ( must do cleaning processs automaticaly eg daily so that we can't initiate the process).


i apriciate any suggestion from u all.
