adi codec driver

adi codec driver not installed
i recently installed a motherboard & processor to an existing hard drive on win 98 i do not have any sound for some reason any advise would be great

Install the right soundcard drivers?

I don't know what adi is but if it's a Codec issue then download and install Gordian Knot.  It's got every Codec I've ever needed to play audio/video.
