Computer wont boot. HELP ME please!

yea, my friend plugged in my mp3 player, restarted the computer, and now it won't boot. I can get to the boot options but thats it. i clciked restore factory settings, but nothing works still. it beeps once and says"ME in recovery state 2210 frame error" then beeps again and says "ME BIOS extension module has halted update BIOS or management engine firmware.
then finally, "2206- end of POST HECI failure.

If someone could help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
 please help

Well,I tell you Lord...Do you know how to use the motherboard jumpers,or
remove the CMOS battery to reset your BIOS to defaults ?

Does it boot in safe mode? and have you removed the mp3 player.
