Monitor problem

I cant view the monitor when I am starting windows xp.
I can only use the computer in safe mode.
Anyone have  a fix?

Sounds like your drivers are corrupt. I would open the device manager in safe mode and delete your video card and monitor. Than do a reboot normally and let windows reload them.

    Alternately, something might have set his display to a resolution to something his monitor couldn't handle.  One of the bootup options gives you the ability to reset the display to your basic VGA.  From there you can try increasing the resolution to something that works.

      Yup,

      Change to the lowest resolution via safe mode and then boot up.
