every now and then i get a message saying windows explorer (explorer.exe) needs to close or is closing or w/e and i dont know what causes it but its very annoying.
the explorer bar disappears then reloads a few seconds later.
and i've got pop-ups that i would love to get rid of.
HELP!

its a compaq laptop
