If you can log in to the administrator account then you should be able to resolve this.
Log in as the admin, then open
C:\Documents and Settings\your.username
Select Tools > Folder Options > View
Select "Show hidden files and folders"
This folder contains all the information relating to your account. For the time being, you can access files this way.
To resolve the problem, I would try renaming the folders in C:\Documents and Settings\your.username one at a time. Then log off, and try logging on again.
eg. Rename "Application Data" to "Application Data Old"
Log off administrator
Log on as your.username
If this fails
Log on as administrator
Rename "C:\Documents and Settings\your.username\application data old" back to C:\Documents and Settings\your.username\application data
Repeat this process for each folder.
