Cant delete folder "mafia" , wich is empty. (in program files and all programs)

So i cant delete the game folder "mafia" , wich is empty.

And in "all programs" there is a empty folder, mafia and i cant even right click on it.

How do i delete them?

I have scanned the whole computer with a few anit virus/spyware programs, and no infections.
