UNABLE TO LOAD WINDOWS XP

I am finding problem with my windows xp pro,whenever I switch on it displays the same "cmos setting has been changed,cpu settings has been changed,defaults loaded,press F1 to continu ,press del to enter to setup.I tried with both options,played a lot with bios settings,repair windows,.but always at login page of windows they show me BLACK SCREEN WITH CURSOR.Only able to come out of BLACK screen BY injecting WINDOWS XP CD TO IT AND INSTALLING AGAIN OR REPAIRING IT but ITS  not possible whenever i switch on i reinstall windows.pls find sol of my problem
my present pc status:
128 MB RAM
3 PARTITIONS CREATED: C(APPROX 9964 MB-WHERE WINDOWS PACK IS INSTALLED).

its been very long time (8-9 years).

Time to replace it with a nice new bright and shiny one.  Take care whilst working inside the case.
