Floppy drive

I have a floppy drive YD686C-1501C (3.5 inch) when I insert a disk formatted from any PC it can read but if I replace any other brand floppy drive ( Sony, Panasonic ) it gives data reading error with the same floppy, could anybody where is the problem?

This was a very common problem with floppies due to head mis-alignment from drive to drive...
What is it you need to do ? ?
