I can not get this to load. My son is also a user on the computer. When he switches user to his name, he can view using adobe flash. I can not figure it out. We have windows xp. I'm not very techy, so I don't know what to do.

You can't download, or install Flash Player?

This means that on his account at one time he installed Adobe Flash...
If you need to use it as well log in to your account and DLoad and install it.

Windows is set up this way so different users don't wind up with everything installed on the same user accounts.
If you are the Administrator on this machine when you install something you have the option as to which accounts that program will be installed to or all of them.
