i want to reformat my pc

hi there... i need some help guys. i am beginner in computer cause my computer have virus. im not familiar on how to reformat a computer so i want to learn. what would be the requirements needed to reformat my computer?

OK first of all, you'll need to answer these questions...

What are yor system specifications?
What OS are you using? Do you have a legit OS CD?
What problems are you having to induce formatting the hard drive... have you exhausted all other options of getting rid of the viruses?

-no, i don't have OS CD.
-actually, i don't have any experience to reformat my hard drive.

Formatting erases everything on the drive.
How will you run Windows after formatting ? ?

It's easy enough to do, but hopefully we can help so you don't have to go down that route... especially since you don't have a Windows CD.

my latest problem in my computer? i have connection in internet but everytime i'm downloading a files in utorrent and limewire, there is always no connectivity at all.
anyone can help me with this?
