Packard Bell PC not starting up properly.
« on: February 24, 2008, 08:39:58 AM »
OK. My PC has worked fine for ages now. And this morning i put the PC on and it made the starting up noise but then unlike the normal way it just made a normal sound and nothing came up on the screen. I restarted it a load of times no luck. I tried putting in the restore disc again nothing.

On the packard bell tower the red light flashes that is all.

Help please.

Thanks.

What model is this?  How old is it?  How old is your monitor?  Do you have another monitor you can try on that computer, or can you try your monitor on another computer?
