Help moving favorites and address book to Internet Explorer and Outlook Express

I purchased a new computer and I am also changing ISPs. how do I move my favorites and address book from AOL on my old computer to Internet Explorer and Outlook Express on my new computer?

For Favorites, export them from IE on your old computer and then import them on the new computer.  You'll find the Import and Export command on the File menu of IE. 

For an AOL address book, I'm not sure.  I'd search for an export feature and see what options it gives you for exporting.  If it shows .CSV file as an option, that should work.  Now, there might be a better option; I can't say since I don't use AOL.
