Problem with a missing graphic when u open internet pages

Hello,
I am having a problem with internet browse toolbar.
I mean the windows open corretly but there is graphic that misses.Precisely that green stripe that loads when u open an internet page.
i am an amator to computers and i will be very glad if u help me.

What toolbar?  Do you mean one of the standard browser toolbars, or an add-on such as Google toobar, Yahoo! toobar, etc.?

Again, what are you talking about?  There is no "green stripe" that normally "loads when u open an internet page."

I think Orkid might be refering to the status bar Soybean lol

Orkid, right click the top grey area in IE & then click 'status bar' so it has a tick next to it.
