Installing Driver For Keyboard
« on: February 28, 2008, 03:52:29 PM »
hey guys,

I have just bought a new computer and it came completely blank and after putting Xp and what not on it, it came to install the driver for my keyboard (you know to use like vol+ and vol- etc) the driver came on a floppy disk.  But the problem is that i dont have a floppy drive in my computer.  So i tried putting the floppy disk in my old computer and copying the files onto a USB, but it says that the floppy disk isnt formatted properly.

So i tried downloading the driver from the interent, it downloaded properly and what not. But when i went to install it they asked me for an activation code, and to get it i have to txt the words "EN FIC" to 19756666.  Didnt sound to safe to me.

I just want to know how i can get the driver to install without txting foreign numbers.

The keyboard model is: KB-1616 Slim Multimedia Keyboard

Cheers.
