missing part of print properties box

I have windows xp on a packard bell computer and have recently been using my printer to print photos  etc, have found when I press print and then properties,parts ore missing off the box, its like it needs resizing to make it wider and longer so all text shows...so I can see best photo and advance button etc...HOW

Please provide more information on how you are printing the photos.

Is it within Paint/other application? picture/fax viewer? context menu (right clicking)? etc...
