Desktop virus

Hi folks.

My desktop changed to a black screen and an ad that say's something about everthing on my hard drive can be seen and to remove to click on the ad.
I cant seem to get rid of it!.
Please help!

Try Alt-F4 to close the screen.

Buy a spyware program after closing the window...
