    I have a sony Vaio PCG-k25 1g ram 70 hdd,
I upgraded to vista and i cant get any of the sony updates to work,  its not my main computer but i would like it to work at full capability.

i have a 17" monitor but the vista will only show as a 14" and my external monitor port wont work either.   what should i do???

when you look up my model on sony's support page and search for drivers and updates for vista you can download the drivers, such as the screen driver.  but when you go to make them work, or load them on the computer it says that it has failed.

K i have a 17" monitor, when i loaded vista it automaticly placed a Generic non-pnp monitor on a standard VGA Graphics Adapter.  i tried getting a driver from ATi Radeon but for some reason there was no such driver.

Can you give me a link to your computer updates?

Maybe your card doesn't support Vista.
