    Updateing graphics driver Geforce Fx Go5200

    Hi all my apoligies for not being as up on everything as I should be bit here it is in a nutshell.
    Just got counter-strike source and it says that my Video drivers need updating.
    I realise that my Laptop is old but I bought it on spec...

    Dell inspiron 5150
    Dual Core P4 3.06
    2 gig ram
    Geforce Fx Go 5200

    Have gone to dell and Nvidea websites which say that they have not got update but have seen varioous posts in forums that I dont really understand explaining stuff - would just love someone to spend some time with me to try to work it out!!! Pleeease help.

    Ps My windows updates will also not install but are recognised seperate issue but also really important

      have you tried 3rd party drivers for your video card?

      What version of windows are you using?

        Yeah I think thats what I wa kind of gettin the jist about in these forums...third party drivers?
        Dont really understand - im runnin service pack 2 xp

          ok i think omega are the most recommended for PC nvidia drivers.

          Laptop cards im not so sure.

          Try DL omega drivers for your card.

          Not sure of URL and im at work so ....

          wont go fishing around the net for something that may get me in trouble :(
