Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter
    « on: April 25, 2008, 11:19:39 AM »
    Hi all,

I have had my computer running all day but when I got back from work, it only said "Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter".

So I can't seem to start the computer in any way. Does somebody have any clue what to do?

    Cheers

Most common sign of a bad hard drive. I would suggest buying a new one.

What version Windows are you running?

Make sure you make regular backups of all your important data. ;)
