Mother Board Crashes...
« on: February 07, 2005, 05:31:10 PM »
My Asus A8V Deluxe crashes before BIOS setup... I need some adive/help.  I am using 2 sets of dual channel Corsair RAM PCI 3200 1ghz, a 160gb WD 7200 RPM HDD, an AMD Athalon 64 3600+, and an Antec  550W 12V and +5V SB compatable power supply.  I think it might be a problem with the voltage coming from the Power supply but I have no idea.

Howaboutno......."I think it might be a problem with the voltage coming from the Power supply but I have no idea. "  Why do you suspect the PSU ?  Has this pc been working ok in the past with the current configuration.

If you don't know the answer, it isn't a dumb question.

I figured it out, nothing to do with the PSU, it just has to do with how big of an idiot I am...
