If you can
hear the sounds/music on your computer's speakers, then you might be able to
record them to
wav format:
Go to Start > Run > type in sndvol32 /r. If you cannot see a slider labeled "Wave Out Mix or Stereo Mix", go to Options > Properties and scroll through the list to find and click "Wave Out Mix" or "Stereo Mix", then click OK. Adjust the slider to the desired volume and click "Select" by Wave Out Mix -
Then...Go to Start > Run > type in sndrec32. Click the record button (button with the round icon) and then (quickly) click/play the sound in the program to record (have to get timing right). Stop the recording and then file - save (wav format) to a folder.
Then if you want you can convert the wav file to other formats, e.g. mp3. A simple program is
amber audio converter.

Audacity for recording and editing (e.g. amplifying music, reverb, etc) if you want...
