Visual Studio.Net 2005

I am unable to install VS.Net 2005...I am having 80 GB HD....256 MB RAM....
P4 PROCESSOR WITH 3 GHTZ.....OS is XP Professional....

Error message is could not install the software and would u like to send the report
to microsoft.....

Plzz give the solution

The requirements for VS 2005 Standard Edition are:

192MB RAM
2GB available hard disk space
1024x768 monitor resolution w/256 colors
CD or DVD drive

You meet the requirements, but with only 256MB RAM, the application will run slowly.

Did you post the exact error message. Perhaps you could post the report.
