Setting Windows Media Player as default music player

Would someone please tell me how I can set Windows Media Player as my default music player? Whenever I attempt to download a music file the Real player opens. I would like WMP instead. Thank you.

If you're using Windows Medial Player 11, then select "More Options" under the "Library" link in the player.

Select the "File Types" tab and make sure every box is checked.

Save your settings by clicking Apply and/or OK.

Windows Media player should now open for all those default file types.
