I am trying to connect my pc to my lcd tv. I have an Acer aspire desktop computer running windows vista home premium
which has an ati radeon hd2400 pro graphics card installed with a dedicated hdmi output. I have installed a 15mtr hdmi cable from my pc to my phillips 37" lcd tv and added a hdmi extender which gives me a perfect picture but no sound.
I really need help with this as i cannot figure out why there is no sound as from my understanding hdmi should carry both picture and sound through one cable.
