I assume that you only have trouble accessing this one site - all other sites open okay. Do you receive an error message when accessing the page at the AT&T site? What browser are you using? What error do you get when your computer 'freezes?'

Try this: download CCleaner, http://www.ccleaner.com/, and run it to remove all of your temp files, internet cache, history, etc.
If you don't have time to do it right
...when will you have time to do it over?

it is only the one site and i have CCleaner on my computer already and run it quite often but the problem still existis ther are no error messages at all the screen just goes white and the progress bar at the bottom is completely blue and the bar in the right hand corner says "done" but that is all that happens

What browser? Have you tried (from your computer) with a different browser, e.g., Firefox?
