When I try to go to a certain web page, it will not load at all. Other websites will load on this computer, and that website will come up on my other computer. What should I do?

Hmmmm....It doesn't seem to be you. I can't get on it either.

Perhaps they are doing some construction on their site?

By the way Patrix I suggest getting firefox

Click that ------->Firefox

Its highly recommended on this forum and much safer then Internet Explorer 7
Plus you can customize it to what you want it to look like and get Addons like weather and more security to keep you safe.
