Missing tabs in Display properties.

Came home from school and I my desktop ws replaced with a blue back with the words "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer..." etc

I found out that was spyware itself and got that checked out, but now I'm missing tabs on my display properties

Could I get some help on this?

using the programs in the link the problem is gone.
