At least I think that's what it's called.

My laptop is a Dell Latitude C800 Professional Version.

I used to have a Memorex CD/RW Recorder. It used Nero 6. (the unit died). I did a backup with Nero's backup feature.  Now when I try to open a file, I get a screen that has nothing but a mess of symols. How can I change this into something I can read.    :(

    If you can see the file type extension (.nco), change it to .zip, and open it with whatever program you usually open .zips with. If not, go to control panel --> folder options --> view --> uncheck "hide file extensions for known types" so you can see the filetype.

    You need to open it with Nero Back It Up...
