Ghost page in front of internet provider page

I think that I may have a virus...when logging onto intranet the front page is ghosted by another page...i am unable o log onto ani-virus sites as the screen freezes..computer slow to boot and will freeze.....AVG scan reveals nothing..spyware says i have 5Trojan and 1worm ..thanks.
