I have windows XP and service pack3 installed.
Yesterday while deleting my emails in norton anti spam folder deleting stopped and the following MSG appeared--
Message interface has returned an unknown error if it persists restart outlook.At the same time my incoming email stopped and I recd the following MSG -
unknown error 0x8004060c
As i could see my emails being downloaded I sent my son a test email - as of today he has had 200 copies of it!!But its still in my outbox
i have searched microsoft help page's and the error code says i need to delete some of my emails to reduce the size if inbox but as above i cant!!!
i do not know what to try next
