Hello, I am new to forms and this site, I have a gateway using windows XP my computer kept freezing and did not want to cut off some times. Last nite after closing program and freeing up space on my computer it would not shut off again so I had to force it off by cutting it off from the brain. This morning however when I turned my computer on it stayed in the Gateway start up window and would not boot up, it says Boot Menu f10 or Bios F12 and will not come from out of that I pressed both the keys and nothing happened it is still frozen
, I am so upset, can u please HELP ME ANY ONE
