how to cutdown bandwidth usage?

I blame myself and think that im using to much bandwidth

yes I whent on a downloading spree of Free MMO's and now my internet is slow.

try running a speedtest speedtest.net and ask your parents what your supposed to be getting i dont think they would slow it down just cause of too much bandwith
