WordPad has vanished from Start/All Programmes/Accessories
I have the Installation CD and have found WORDPAD.EXE on it.
How do I reinstall it ?

Wait hold on, can you confirm WordPad is missing from Windows?

    Look for it here:
    C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe

Copy it to that path...this may or may not work.
When it's copied you need to delete the existing shortcut and then right click the Wordpad file you just copied and create a new shortcut...put it on the Desktop for now til we see if it works.

Sorry, not as simple as that. Wordpad.exe has to be copied to system32
on hard disc and then something has to be typed into 'Run'
What to type in is what I need to know.

            I'm not sure.

Have you tried experimenting with it?
