keyboard error or no keyboard present

hello again! when my another pc booted up, it said the problem in the subject. i already tried 3 keyboards but still those didnt work. the lights of  the keyboards (caps, num, scroll locks) are dim but they flash alternately. thanks a lot!!!

can i use a usb keyboard? or can i use a usb connector (the connector has a ps/2 input and has a usb output). thanks!!!

You can only use a USB keyboard (or USB adapter for keyboard) if your computer's BIOS supports USB keyboards.

my computer's bios is AWARD modular bios v1.10ce13s. i can't find on the internet if it supports usb keyboard. i can't open the bios setup because, of course, of the keyboard error. thanks again!!!
